Year 4 Visits Colomendy

Last week, Year 4 visited Colomendy! Colomendy is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The children spent 3 days doing all sorts of activities including caving, orienteering, climbing up and walking across a 30ft balance beam, laser quest and learning how to make a shelter in the wild during the bush craft activity. Not only did the children enjoy a lot of activities during the day, they also had a fantastic time at the disco on Thursday night. Some of the dance moves were a sight to behold!

They all thoroughly enjoyed themselves whilst learning a number of new and exciting skills for example making a bed! I am sure you have all been updated on how they bravely conquered their fears and are now a lot more independent!

Colomendy Morning Update 6/5/16: After another great afternoon of exciting activities yesterday the children a ball at the disco. There were some very interesting moves on display!
