Government FSM Scheme - begins 20th April 2020

 

This enables us to send you an 'ecode' by email, which you can then use in the supermarket of your choice. In order for us to do this we will need the email you prefer us to send it to. You can do this by sending us an email to admin@sfds.co.uk with:

• your name
• your child's/children's names with each of their fsm reference numbers
• the email address you want us to send the ecode to

 

Once we have used this to update our information we will delete the email you have sent us.
