Year 3 Project: Famous / Inspirational Women 

This week, you will discover some of the most fascinating women throughout history. You will encounter some of these women during your time in our school (e.g. when studying Ancient Greece in Year 4, you will learn about Aphrodite) & you will be inspired by the work of Emmeline Pankhurst when you study the Suffragettes in Year 5. Mixed in among these are other remarkable women: arguably the greatest sportsperson of all time - Serena Williams and famous author/poet, Maya Angelou.
