The Iron Man

 

During the first half term of Year 4, we have been reading the fantastic novel 'The Iron Man' by Ted Hughes. We have explored everything that Hogarth (one of the main characters) witnessed on the night that he spotted the Iron Man for the very first time. 

 

To end our topic, we had to write in first person as Hogarth and turn all of his sightings into an eyewitness recount. We had to stick to the facts and leave any opinions out!
