In order to mark the centenary year in the UK of some women gaining the right to vote, Year 5 celebrated the roles and achievements of famous women throughout history. We learnt about the groundbreaking scientific achievements of women from Marie Curie up to the struggles and successes of prominent women today such as Oprah Winfrey and even Beyoncé! We hope you enjoy looking through our photos and you might (if you are careful) even spot a famous rabbit amongst us!
