Year 6 Eureka! Mersey Escape Room Project

Some of our Year 6 children were lucky enough to be chosen to take part in a project developing an escape room experience for an upcoming Merseyside attraction, Eureka! Mersey, the children's museum. To get them in the creative mindset and to help them understand how escape rooms are created, the children visited Escape Hunt to try out an escape room for themselves. They were transported to a pirate ship, a cowboy saloon and even Alice's Wonderland - all of our groups managed to escape in under 60 minutes thanks to their fantastic team work! Over the next week, the children will be working with an escape room designer to design puzzles for their very own child-friendly escape room experience at the new Eureka! Mersey museum!
