This week, three children from Year 5 took part in one of the cities cross country races at Sefton Park. The children not only represented the school in an excellent manner, but also showed off a wonderful team spirit in supporting each other throughout the race. As always, each child gave 100% and showed determination and an excellent attitude to complete the course.

A special mention must go out to Emily as our only girl to complete. Emily was not only racing alone, but she was also competing in her first race. Well done Emily, we are all extremely proud of you!

We are now looking forward to our next race which takes place on Tuesday.
