On Thursday 4th July, an impressive 103 pupils took part in our school concert at the Epstein Theatre. It really was an event not to be missed, as the audience were absolutely enthralled by the range of talent on display. The superb dancers had perfected their routine in a matter of weeks and wowed everybody with their amazing acrobatic skills. Our school band performed brilliantly and all the instrumentalists demonstrated how much they’ve improved this year. The school choir (with an incredible 60 members) sang a wide range of songs with great enthusiasm. Our Year 3 children made a fantastic debut to the Epstein Theatre. The Y5 boys were incredible and brought a tear to Mr Kennedy’s eye. Who can forget our Y5 rappers? On the playground might be where they spend most of their days; however, last night they raised the roof at the Epstein with their rendition of the ‘Fresh Prince of Bel Air’. Last but not least, we cannot forget our fantastic hosts Harley and Eloise, who kept the crowd entertained with their fabulous sense of humour and excellent comic timing. Well done to all the children involved, you were all brilliant!
