A Civic Engagement

On the 13th December our school council was lucky enough to have a Civic Engagement with the Lord Mayor of Liverpool, Anne Rothery.  Our school council had an amazing opportunity to give the Lord Mayor a tour of our school and ask some very topical questions.

The Lord Mayor said, ‘This is the nicest school I have ever visited; it has such a lovely atmosphere and the artwork is outstanding in every year group.’

We thank the Lord Mayor for taking time out of her extremely busy schedule (which includes meetings with Prince Charles and Sir David Attenborough!) for coming to visit our school.

We look forward to meeting her again at the Town Hall in January!
