Independent study is a process, a method and a cornerstone of Mathematics in our school.  It is the process in which a student acquires the ability for inquiry and critical evaluation and it includes freedom of choice in determining how to solve problems.

Pupil Voice:

"Working independently allows me to prove what I have learned. In lessons, we are given chances to work together and to work on our own. This shows that we are retaining skills that we have learnt in previous lessons and previous topics and gives us enough time to work on our individual hotspots." - Ava
