Writing Independently

Each term we undertake a writing assessment, to showcase the knowledge we have acquired.

School subjects

Once Year 4 had used oracy skills to help them recognise, pronounce and describe school subjects in Spanish, they independently wrote sentence to express opinions about these subjects. They carefully considered whether the subjects were masculine or feminine to choose either 'el' or 'la'.

Weather

Year 4 have been learning to talk about the weather and seasons in their Spanish lessons. They have been learning to independently describe and answer questions about the weather. Here are some examples from our pupils:
