Impact: Oracy APPG Involvement

The Oracy All-Party Parliamentary Group Recognition

Following our work with Dr. Arlene Holmes-Henderson from Oxford University, our school was nominated by her to provide evidence on the value of Oracy in education as part of the Oracy APPG's parliamentary inquiry. Images of oracy skills in action at SFDS have featured in the Oracy APPG's interim report, and three Year 6 pupils represented us proudly as they were interviewed about Oracy via 'Zoom' by a group of MPs. Only eight other schools from around the UK were involved in this interview.
