As part of our study of Ghana, this week Year 4 created Venn diagrams comparing their life to the life of a child in Ghana. The children loved watching the video of Georgina Williams, a girl their age from Ghana, as they followed a typical day in her life. Everyone realised that although our daily lives may differ, all children have the same feelings and emotions and enjoy the same things. It was a fantastic lesson and even had a cross-curricular link with Maths too!
