A huge thank you from all the staff and patients at Alder Hey!

Today we had the privilege of taking your kind donations to Alder Hey. We are proud to say that in total SFDS raised the grand amount of £1000!

Alder Hey is a charity that many people in Liverpool hold close to their heart and they have helped many of our families over the years. We are ever so grateful for the continued support they offer us in our times of need.

Lydia, one of our Year 5 pupils, requested that our donation went to the Oncology unit after their tremendous help and support when she was under their care last year. Alder Hey are planning to use the money raised to buy resources to make 7-12 year old’s time there as enjoyable as possible.

It is important at this time of year to remember those who are not as fortunate as ourselves and we are glad we could share some Christmas cheer!
