Ancient Greece Learning Project: 

Some of the the children in Year 5 were given a Home Learning Project on the Ancient Greeks. The children could choose their subject. Mrs Carden managed to delve into her attic and found her project from 30 years ago on Ancient Egypt to show the children how it was done pre-internet! Living history no less!

The children have really surprised Mrs Carden with their creativity and independent learning skills which have included creating Greek Amphoras, Greek Urns, Trebujets, Mount Olympus, Lego Mount Olympus, Journals.....The list goes on! They have really deepened their knowledge of life as a Ancient Greek. So thanks to all of the parents and carers who have contributed to their learning: a truly valuable home school partnership.
