Year 4 have enjoyed visiting our school's local library this week. They were kindly welcomed by Irene, who showed them what Spellow Lane has to offer people. Irene then talked to the pupils about how to make good use of the library and about what types of books are available there for children. As lots of Year 4 children have recently signed up to receive a library card, they were excited to start thinking about what they would like to borrow. The children will receive their library cards at the end of the week and can make use of them in any Liverpool library. Happy reading, Year 4!
