We are very pleased to announce that our girls earned 2nd place overall for their efforts in last week’s race at Stanley Park. Well done to all the girls who ran their hearts out to earn it.
 

It was once again an excellent performance by all involved at our final cross country competition of the year. Paige Westray, a formidable runner, vowed to beat her previous places of 6th and 5th in last night’s race. She did not disappoint, coming away with 3rd place and a medal. However, for some, cross country can be a daunting experience, but Alfie Richardson showed some true grit and determination to overcome his fears to be the only year 5 from our school to race, so well done Alfie!
 

We now need to work hard in training to be ready for the new season which starts next February.
