11/01/2018 - Science workshop - Sound
Today, Year 4 have been taking part in a 'Sound' workshop with Mr. B. The children learnt about how sound is made and how we hear sounds. As well as this, the children were also able to see and hear a real Edison phonograph in operation and they created their own music by making holes in special pieces of card, which they then played through a wind up music box. This was a great start to the topic, which left the children wanting to know more!
