Year 3's Wonderful PGL Adventure!!

Last week Year 3 attended PGL from Wednesday to Friday, spending two nights at the Winmarleigh Hall site in Preston.

The trip was well received by the pupils, who showed independence and maturity throughout. Children were given the opportunity to take part in amazing outdoor activities. For some these activities gave them a chance to conquer their fear of heights. For others the activities were a chance to express themselves or work as part of a team to overcome practical challenges and problems.

The children were also treated to a disco on Wednesday night and a campfire on Thursday night. During both of these, it was smiles all round as children had a wonderful time. In addition to this, the children were also able to purchase gifts in the on-site shop to take home with them.

Pupils were a credit to the school and received praise from the PGL members of staff for their attitude and behaviour throughout the trip.
