School Choir

Our School Choir

Our school choir has now been running for several years and has continued to grow from around 30 pupils at the beginning to around 80 members now! Choir is free to attend and is open to all pupils who are enthusiastic about singing. This includes SEN pupils, who make up around 10% of our choir and Pupil Premium children. Additionally, we have continued year upon year to grow the number of boys attending, going from 2 boys originally to around 40% of our choir now.

We have a regular practice every Wednesday after school with our Choir Leader Mr Townley, who is an expert singer and has performed in many very important choirs himself, including performing for the Pope! Throughout the course of the school year, there are many opportunities for us to perform at various concerts. Some of our previous performances have included:

Community Lunch at Everton Football Club
Anfield Carol Concert
Switching on of Walton Christmas lights
