PSHE

At St Francis de Sales, our PSHE curriculum plays a central role in pupils’ wider Personal Development. Through well-structured lessons, open discussion and real-life contexts, children learn how to manage their emotions, build positive relationships, stay safe and make informed choices about their wellbeing. PSHE provides the knowledge and confidence pupils need to navigate challenges, understand themselves and show respect for others. By developing essential life skills—such as resilience, emotional literacy and responsible decision-making—our PSHE curriculum strengthens pupils’ personal growth and prepares them to contribute positively to their community and the wider world.
