Year 6

Year 6 has been sounding a lot like a zoo lately! Our pupils have been learning all about the onomatopoeia sounds that animals make in China - we were amazed to find out that a dog would make the noise: 汪汪 (wāng wāng) and pig would make the noise: 哼哼 (hēng hēng).  However, we found that the noise of a bee 嗡嗡 (wēng wēng) to be completely different to our buzzing bees.

Yu taught us a song to help us remember the animals and the noises that they make.
